[Docs] missing link in 'Devtools - CI/CD integration'

Current behavior

The text in Devtools - CI/CD integration reads "on this page", but "page" is not a link; it's a plain text.

Expected behavior

It should be an actual link to... 🤷 (if I knew I'd submit a PR myself 🙂)
