Is there an existing issue that is already proposing this?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe it

When we schedule large number of jobs to run at specific time of the day (eg. midnight), schedule jobs may overwhelm the system.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should have a way of introducing jitter via NestJS Scheduler or have at least an option of using one

Teachability, documentation, adoption, migration strategy

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

To make the system more reliable

There are no plans to implement it in the foreseeable future.

If you think your request could live outside Nest's scope, we'd encourage you to collaborate with the community on publishing it as an open source package.
