Cloud export, minor issues

More to come... This is just to keep track of issues.
1)
Unit test does seem to loop forever, thread not stopping:
AutoFileResolverTest.testRescan()

Setting property **solr.export.sharddivide.default=auto** on a stand alone Solr (not running -c cloud mode) will trigger
large stack trace every export attempt.
