The app won't start and this error shows instead:
Please run ... as root with sudo or install gksu / kdesudo

What is the solution for this?

CLI: firejail appname

Getting errors:
Reading profile /etc/firejail/default.profile
Reading profile /etc/firejail/disable-common.inc
Reading profile /etc/firejail/default-program.inc

** Note: you can use --noprofile to disable default.profile **

And then the pop-up information error shows:
"Please run ... as root with sudo or install gksu / kdesudo"

This error shows from firetools as well.

I cannot find gksu/kdesudo in firetools/firejails source code (via github's code search). Where do you see this? Which program displays it?

Also why the appname secret?

I think the problem is the profile; could it be the profile problem per the error message?

There is no profile for the app that I want to run using firejail or firetools.

I found directions from firejail wordpress but is there a quick and easy way to do this?

I would have to spend a day or even a week to build a profile looking at the directions.
