Bug description

Hi,

When visiting my self-hosted instance webui, not connected to NC, my browser tries to access this url :
image

https://frankfurt.netdata.rocks/privacy?data=ccdf5feb425ad412420c05f34ffbdb8d9b617ea35f0287ec64008fffc26dc2dc52930d250e5f789fa61d5b336564b375185f4527e99f4d5eba7578dad34e17a35086801d5f544e03e936627e32f40ee41d38d2f1f0e11c57f4d323a2ebbecae6d9f80d18eeb90a7958c4a69cf3ef430b843b9cbda3d50969cea8ffe09613a0382ae6e2a79f800761586f19517d3e0b86

Given the url, I think it shouldn't happen, given the fact that I opted out from anonymous statistics on every nodes

Expected behavior

Self-hosted netdata instance not triggering a call to frankfurt.netdata.rocks

Steps to reproduce

  1. Configure a netdata agent with [web] enabled
  2. open a browser and open webtools
  3. visit http://netdata.example:19999
  4. check for "rocks" in webtools

Installation method

kickstart.sh

Hi, @zeylos. This is how this "Your Agents are open by default. Secure them easily with Netdata Enterprise Agent." check is implemented (you get this notification if your Netdata is accessible from the Internet). It is not really telemetry. It is not optional by design.
