Namespaces + Composer Support

Hi,

Would it be possible to properly namespace this library and add composer support?

I have just spent a while debugging 'Cannot redeclare class' errors because my local PHP has the OAuth module and this library is globally declaring a 'OAuthException' class.

Composer support is just to get up and running with this quicker.
