Will report $0 if target is too far away from the current price. #75

Thanks for your work on this project and for making it open source.  Its very 
interesting to me.

On the ga-bitbot web page I see a message that says "* Will report $0 if target 
is too far away from the current price" and indeed the line above reports 0 
("Buy Order Trigger* @ $0.00") 

My project is.. I don't see anywhere to set the target price - or is that set 
by the system.. After running the system for several hours it doesn't seem to 
change.

Additionally, running bcbookie.py i recieve this message"
buy: lack of funds or min qty not met, order not submitted:"


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ga-bitbot .3 , Ubuntu Linux

I'm holding only a few cents USD in mtgox, and exactly 1 bitcoin.

I believe my problem was that I was holding BTC, not USD.  The system appears 
to be designed to start from a USD holding standpoint.

Actually the system monitor page stills says that.. but at least the bcbookie 
is working.
