NethCTI 3: no call management box on external call #5525

Steps to reproduce

  • call an external number (e.g. your mobile)
  • verify that the "hangup" button on the top bar is not present until the call is connected

Expected behavior

The "hangup" button on top bar must be present to terminate the call

Actual behavior

No button is present, so the user has to waiting some seconds for the call connection with the trunk, and only then he can hangup the call itself.
