QManager lostcalls overcharges client and server CPU on load

Steps to reproduce

  • Take a Nethvoice with more than 300 calls in queue_log and 1 million entries in cdr
  • Load lostcalls tab and note that it overcharges client CPU during table building
  • Go to lostcalls tab using more clients and check that server's CPU overload

Expected behavior

Lostcalls loading should be fast and slim
Tables should be paginated

Actual behavior

Lot of data is not correctly managed
