Try placing yourself in any online contact within the operator panel
Try placing the mouse over the call button. The mouse will change the pointer icon

At the top right of the user pane, a drop-down menu containing the summary of the devices will be visible and clickable, but it will not be possible to call
Try positioning yourself in the call history summary box on the right
By positioning yourself on the name of the called user, a popup will come out containing the data of the called user, which, however, cannot be recalled
Expected behavior
In case a CTI user has all of their devices offline or not configured, delete all mouse pointer changes and summary popups in the history panel on the right of the page.

Steps to reproduce
This problem occurs if you have no connected devices on your cti user or they are offline.
Expected behavior
In case a CTI user has all of their devices offline or not configured, delete all mouse pointer changes and summary popups in the history panel on the right of the page.
