netlify/netlifyctl#109 has the details - and is blocked on this fix.

This is a huge problem for me. The build step must be completed on Windows, so when I zip the files on Windows and POST to the deploys endpoint, all the paths are reversed and the site doesn't display right. I would like to get all of this working in a CD, but right now I have to manually zip and then manually copy to the deployment section on the deployment page.
