I tried deploying the Remix Netlify template as it is and it failed. #142

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a remix app using netlify template by running npx create-remix@latest --template netlify/remix-template
run npm run start or
Try to deploy using instructions in the readme.
See error

Expected behavior
Able to deploy the remix netlify template to netlify functions without any errors.
