Incompatible and .NET Standard targets already don't use GeometryServiceProvider.InitializeInstance.

.NET Framework targets still do, for compat reasons. Let's stop doing it there, too.

This issue is just for tracking purposes, because either #53 or #64 will resolve it automatically.
