New vector models such as Nomic Embed have yet to be fully integrated into Hugging Face Transformers. In order to load, trust_remote_code needs to be set to true.

Currently, there is no way to pass options to underlying models like the LLM pipeline framework. This change will enable similar functionality with vector model loading.
