这是由于使用pip安装依赖时所导致的问题。你在安装insightface时会发现，它会安装一些额外的依赖，比如opencv，onnx等，然而默认安装的这些依赖已经不兼容python3.6了。你可以尝试指定版本的依赖，比如 ：
pip install onnx==1.11.0
pip install opencv-python==4.1.2.30
