I saw in your answer to the closed issue that you have a cli program to convert OCT to png images but looks like that is a windows program.
Do you have anything for ubuntu?

Hello gauravfotedar,

you can also compile the CLI program for Ubuntu. The code can you find in the convert_oct_data repo ( https://github.com/neurodial/convert_oct_data ). All programs were developed on Debian. I hope you can compile all libs and programs on Ubuntu without problems.

We have provide only windows binaries because we think most users use windows. Also the build on this system is much more complicated.

Besides the CLI program there are also bindings to matlab/octave and python.
