Add circadian or multidiem rythm features

Patterns of rhythmicity can be overlayed with pathological patterns. Those two could be disentangled for optimal prediction of neural states. It would therefore be great to include "Time of the day" as an additional feature and compute e.g. the phase on a 24h cycle.
