Project Title:
NobrainerZoo- create a githubio website for models

Project Description:
Nobrainer-zoo is a toolbox with a collection of deep learning neuroimaging models that ease the use of pre-trained models for various applications. In this project, we will create a githubio website for models already added to the zoo. We can divide this project into two following steps.

  • create a githubio page for each model
  • create a github action to generate the page when a model is added.
