What

The sdk should use the package contract artifacts by default instead of expecting them to exist locally.

Why

Someone that wants to use rinkeby or mainnet shouldn't have to manually download the artifacts.

How

  • Use packaged artifacts by default
  • The artifacts path can still be override in the config.ini for development
