Add generators to inject into actor, receiver, controller

The install generator injects concerns into the Transcript model and the ApplicationController.

We should add generators to inject into existing models and controllers to add the actor, receiver, and controller concerns, if needed. This would save another step and would be a nice convenience.

This might also reduce code in the install generator since we could invoke the injection generator from the install generator.
