[SEO] Review SEO/URL/Redirect plan with Danielle

Background

Leah outlined the following SEO plan in #56:

For IA and URL audit -- I'm curious if I'm oversimplifying this, but I'm assuming that we don't need to worry about redirects for anything inside the application. I think that should mean we only need to worry about redirecting the links currently on the homepage that are being redesigned:

• Apply for services
• Complete an unfinished application
• Check application status
• Potentially Screen for Services, but I'm starting to think we should check if there's a simple fix for this tool so we don't need to replace it for MVP
• I'm assuming we're not changing other links on the homepage, just including them as is, like the links in the footer

Melissa needs to review this plan, make any adjustments if she sees fit, and then review this with Danielle. This is ahead of a review with Matt Cutts, who has also offered to help advice on this project.
