我其實有透過系統排程每小時備份一次最近 20 天的回報資料：
https://github.com/kiang/1999.tainan.gov.tw_datasets/commits/master

如果讓 app 改從這兒(或是類似備份位置)取得回報內容也許回應速度會快一些，不過暫時就當作幫他們壓力測試吧 XD

有的，會用 service_request_id 當作基礎命名，像是 https://github.com/kiang/1999.tainan.gov.tw_datasets/blob/master/requests/2015/05/11/UN201505110121-1.jpg

目前沒有特別做出清單，如果需要可以調整程式產出清單給 app 用
