Add latestest version of newrelic-logging-1.22.0 to the nri-bundle

There is a memory corruption vulnerability in Fluent Bit versions 2.0.7 through 3.0.3 (CVE-2024-4323) — https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2024-4323.

A new version of newrelic-logging (v1.22.0) has been released, which includes Fluent Bit version 3.0.4 that addresses this vulnerability.

We are currently using the nri-bundle and would like to request the inclusion of the latest newrelic-logging version 1.22.0 in the bundle
