Newelic doesn't update StatusPage component

Description

On 2nd Dec and 3rd Dec, 2020 I had a monitor failing and recovering immediately. This monitor is integrated to StatusPage.

What I've observed is when the monitor fails, the StatusPage component gets updated immediately, but when the monitor recovers, it doesn't send the updated message to StatusPage and the component has to be updated manually. This usually happens when monitors fail and failure duration is 0 mins. Otherwise the integration works correctly.
My query is basically on this integration with StatusPage. Is this a known issue or is there a workaround for this?
