Summary

Allow status page cards to be added directly to dashboards - this will allow the status of dependencies to be shown directly inline with performance and health outcomes of apps and services.

Desired Behaviour

The Status Page card is available as a custom visualization in the Custom Visualzation marketplace in Apps. A single card can be configured and added directly to a dashboard for display.
