@pombredanne I downloaded the first file (bootstrap.min.css.map) and then executed the following command
scancode-toolkit-30.1.0/scancode -l --json-pp output.json bootstrap.min.css.map

The output file is : https://pastebin.com/1eZNd5vj
It doesn't show any licenses.

The log that I got on terminal is : https://pastebin.com/jiEpjCEj

I am not sure what to look for. Can you please guide me further.

P.S : I am new to scancode.
