Short Description

Scancode supports parsing .podspec files and Cocoapods in general here: https://github.com/nexB/scancode-toolkit/blob/develop/src/packagedcode/cocoapods.py , added at #2075.

In xcode projects cocopods dependencies are present as podfile.lock and support needs to added for parsing them, and podspec.json files, like those from cocoapods/specs.
