Describe the issue

When NEXTAUTH_URL_INTERNAL is set, and you provide a sendVerificationRequest, the url prop is starts with NEXTAUTH_URL_INTERNAL

How to reproduce

Email provider with custom sendVerificationRequest and NEXTAUTH_URL_INTERNAL set

Expected behavior

It should instead start with NEXTAUTH_URL
