publish new images after recent PRs are merged and tested

Follow up to #446

tested:

• improve instance restore for when nextcloud_datadir is set/not set #451
• add option to enable daily backups #455
• fix collabora not working out of the box #454 (did not work, hopefully fixed with make collabora work #465)
• make sure that only one session is active at a time #463 (did not work but hopefully fixed with a few small improvements #464)

Tasks to do for new release:

• increase the version number in https://github.com/nextcloud/all-in-one/blob/main/php/templates/containers.twig#L19
