Users reported that no third party app¹ is working properly when installed within Samsung Knox / Workspaces. Files and Talk seem to work without any issues.
Due to a missing testing device I have not been able to reproduce this issue. Some help would be appreciated.

Interesting. The issue was, that after tapping on the Choose account button a pop up with all available accounts is expected, but it immediately disappeared. We observed this behavior multiple other times before.
The solution (on all devices) was to open the files app, navigate to the account settings and then simply close the files app.
I have no idea what the actual cause is, but this might be helpful in other cases of "self closing", "flashing" log in dialogs...
