No notification when file conflict

Steps to reproduce

Hello

When I send an exist file, the latest version notify on Android a conflict.
From the latest version (an possible android 13), I don't have notification on this conflict.
The notification work because I use TOP and work fine.
The file conflict is in the send history.

Why only the notify conflict file don't work?
I use nextcloud app from many year without this problem.

Can you see other notifications? For example, can you see the "uploading" notification while the file is being uploaded?

Please check the notification preferences for the Nextcloud app in the Android preferences, and see if there's any notification category disabled.

I have the notification when automatic upload or manual.
And TOTP same work fine.

Just wanted to note that this bug still exists in version 3.24.1 on Android 12. When uploading a file to a folder where a file with the same name exists, nothing happens. The old file stays. No notification.
