Pausing Uploads for E2EE Uploads

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup a encrypted folder
2. Upload large file (ca. 200 MB for example -> chunked upload)
3. Go to uploads tab and pause upload

Expected behaviour

The upload is paused and when resumed continues from where it stoped

Actual behaviour

1. The upload still continues in the background and fails for some reason.
2. When pausing and resuming, the creation of the encrypted version of the file will be repeated (takes quite some time).
