I've setup my camera app (Open Camera) to store raw image files as well as jpgs. I have also setup the Nextcloud app to upload new images even when on cellular data. This works as expected and raw images are uploaded as well. Unfortunately the raws are much larger than the jpgs, thus taking longer to upload over cellular and eating into my data plan.
It would be nice if we could set a filesize limit that can be uploaded via cellular data. It has already been discussed in #486 but I guess a separate issue was never opened about this.
Such a filesize limit would of course be applicable to all kinds of files and would even enable someone to instantly upload small videos, while waiting for wifi for larger videos.

I hesitate to make the upload process even more complex.
If files are important enough to have them uploaded right away, then the file size should not matter, otherwise enable "on wifi only".
Well, the thing is that I currently can't make a clear distinction between important and not so important without some kind of filter. Either file type or file size would do, at least for my use-case.
