Given you don't have Google services, one does not receive push notifications.

Proposal: Provide an option to poll each 15 minutes via ServiceWorker for new notifications with an appropriate information regarding battery drain.

how about a Supdabase integration for Nextcloud?
Nextcloud instance -> Supdabase server <- Nextcloud app
