Upload a version for Nextcloud 14 which has a description that the app is obsoleted
Upload a maintenance release for 13

Should already be the case https://github.com/nextcloud/appstore/blob/master/nextcloudappstore/api/v1/release/importer.py#L256

So I guess it's not implemented correctly.
