Create Smartpicker for (shared) calendars

There's a great new view that shows a interactive calendar when you share such a link in Talk or a document. But to share a link, you have to go to the calendar app and find it. A smart picker would be super helpful! I think it would make these shared calendars a lot more visible and accessible, too.
