Add search button to category and uncategorized-recipes view

I can't remember, but I think the menu button for searching and filtering recipes was in the breadcrumbs for "all recipes", but also any category and the uncategorized recipes overview.

With the new layout the search button is only shown in the "All recipes" view. It should be added for searching and filtering in the other sections as well

One comment @ananyak19: There is a big rework of the web UI on the roadmap: #1244 You can for sure create a PR against the current code but I want to warn you that quite some work of this might be replaced or incompatible with the new UI. Please be aware of this and do not put too much effort into this!
