Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A new user of the cookbook app is presented with an empty page. When opened on a device with a narrow screen, the left navigation bar might even be collapsed giving no hint that the app has already loaded and what can be done.

Describe the solution you'd like
Use the NcEmptyContent component and show some introductory text and a button to create the first recipe.

Might be related to #1244.
