Webhook support/notification system

I'm looking to have a webhook bass notification system, so when a card is added or updated, it will automatically push an update to a webhook, (in my case to a discord/matrix channel)

Sounds like an API job to me, rather than something Deck would have as a feature, and maybe focused on the Activity app so that it can deal with more than just Deck.

That's actually not a bad idea, I looked around a bit and couldn't find anything for it, unfortunately.

I'm not skilled enough to make something for this either.

Sounds like another good use case for #1722 in combination with https://github.com/nextcloud/flow_webhooks/, which would then make use of existing management UI through Nextcloud Flow and be more flexible without the need for implementing a separate webhooks system within Deck.
