NextCloud 3.3.0 x64 installation stalls on my Windows 11 client

Whatever I do installation runs into msiserver not responding.

msiexec /passive /i Nextcloud-3.3.0-x64.msi /L*V "D:\Dropbox\Uploads\PatchMyPCITProCache\installnc.log"

This is all I got in the logs.

Need to: sc queryex msiserver and kill msiserver to install other stuff.

Installing Nextcloud-3.1.3-setup.exe just works.
