Why is icon greeen on first startup ? (+screenshot)

Feature description

Please remove the green icon when we first start nextcloud and a big sync is happening :

I do not see the point of having a green icon during the long work of the first sync and check of remote files.
The icon should be blue and turning. Realy simple but so important so show to the user that the files are actually on the way to him !

By the way you clearly see on my screen that one icon is green the other is blue, so why ?

This icon is present while "cheking changes in remote" is displaying in "settings" window.
