Feature description

Hi and first of all: Thanks to the Devs for improving the client step by step. It gets better and better from year to year!

Nevertheless, we miss one feature ;) that is requested by our colleagues:

If you get a notification via nextcloud client on Windows that apears in the Windows taskbar notification area, it would be great if a click on the "delete" cross on the notification area message marks the notification on the nextcloud server as dismissed (or read or whatever it is called).
The goal of this feature request is to prevent the notification to pop up on every start of the nextcloud client.
At the moment the notifications appear in the taskbar notification area on every start of the desktop client, till you log into the web client and hit the "dismiss" cross on the message or the "Dismiss all notifications" button.
It would be much nicer and handier for the users if they can dismiss the notification directly in the taskbar notification area or at least via the nextcloud client.

Thanks in advance! :)
Steffen
