Would need something similar to:

But I guess instead of creating a huge list in our docker-ci, it would make sense to allow the apps to specify the list themselves.

I triggered and update of the images. Let's see if it builds correctly.

Fixed by 27466b7

One could now place a .l10nignore file inside the root of an app and all entries that do not start with a # will be added to the ignore list.

I will add some documentation for this.
