Translation for User Manual - building process lacks ...manual

I'am trying to figure out how I can build full translated User Manual and still got nothing I can show to my users.
There is transifex project, where for example Polish translation is labeled "Ready for use" but when I make pdf the file is not even close translated to 100%.
Or I am doing something wrong.

Can someone who made this building process, prepare a little more descriptive how-to?
Just simple steps:

• choose your language
• choose your font encoding
• generate file

Right now pdf is not only not "ready to use" translated, but also has broken encoding. Whole process is made on machine, which has default system language and all settings perfectly working for destination language, but for some reason pdf has broken encoding.
I was trying the process on 3 different OS's (mac, lin, win) and always had same issue with it. And I don't even know what I should put here as debug log (build output says nothing about fonts).

I just noticed turkish translation is also lacking behind what's on transifex right now. Looks like the transifex integration fails to sync all updated strings.

About the encoding issue... There's a prebuild vm now. Could you try it there / in github codespaces to see if it's related to your local environment or also a problem there?

Thanks for hint. Indeed on codespaces character encoding in final PDF is correct.

But still, translation is not even close to this, what is translated on transifex for Polish lang.
