Combine also other folders (not just Inbox) of all mail accounts into one

The "All inboxes" is a nice one when you have several accounts. Maybe this can be done generic for all folders (such as Favorites, Drafts, Sent, Trash, ..) ?

Should be an opt-in in my opinion. This would cause a noticeably higher load and I think most people do not need their other folders that often.

I personally only want Favs and All, so I would push to have a setting where we select which unified folders we want, with a sane default of only All
