remember last folder when saving attachments

Steps to reproduce

1. open mail with attachments
2. save on attachment to sub-sub-sub-sub-subfolder
3. save another attachment: you have to navigate to sub-sub-sub-sub-subfolder again

Expected behaviour

last folder should be preselected as folder to save the attachment

Actual behaviour

I have always to select the folder beginning from root

Web server: Apache (cgi-fcgi)

Database: mysql 5.5.57

Updated from an older version or fresh install: fresh install

There's a "Save all to Files" option now which works around this particular issue.

I suggest to close it and see if the more general request of "remembering last folder" pops up again.
