Mail app defunct after crashed update

Steps to reproduce

1. After running app update the updater reports an error
2. mail app reports a server error when called
3. Removing and reinstalling does not help

Expected behavior

Mail app should work as usual

Actual behavior

Server error when activating the mail app

After removing and reinstalling again, the app now works again. Now the update process for Nextcloud reports an error in step 3. And doesn't complete.
