Check for update blocker apps not working for 14

There is a section below the update notifications that should tell you if some used apps are not compatible with NC 14, but it says, that the instance is on the latest major version and that it will show information once the next release is upcoming (which is obviously the case ;))

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #2692 (Check availablity of apps before doing a server major update), #4766 (Update Button not working), #6536 (Unable to update apps - Calendar), #8703 ("Your apps" does not show available updates), and #8014 (Sort apps to be updated to the top).

Fixed with nextcloud/caniupdate@f52eed3 and released a new version 0.1.3 on friday
