Show share note directly for files drop?

Generally the share note is displayed in the header behind the icon:

Now for a folder share this makes sense because we don’t really have space anywhere. For files drop though it might even be better to show the note directly below the folder name?

What do you think @nextcloud/designers?

This is especially better because for Files drop the actions in the top right don’t make any sense anyhow:
