Video does not automatically playback when opening shared public URL link

Steps to reproduce
Add a public share link to share a videofile. Open this URL.

Expected behaviour
The video will automatically playback (like in NC13, NC14 and NC15.0.0 alpha). Below it a button offering to download the file.

Actual behaviour
No videoplayer is visible, only the button offering to download the file is shown.

Server configuration
Operating system: ubuntu 16.04.5
Web server: apache2
Database: mysql
PHP version: 7
Nextcloud version: 15.0.0 beta 2
Updated from an older Nextcloud/ownCloud or fresh install: upgraded from 15.0.0 alpha.
